1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Supa platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Supa Technologies provides a multi-location operations management platform that allows businesses to track compliance, conduct audits, submit GPS-verified tasks, and manage field teams.

3. Subscription and Billing (Lemon Squeezy)

Some of our Services are billed on a subscription basis. By selecting a premium plan, you agree to pay the applicable recurring fees. All payment processing, subscription management, and billing are handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Sale.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
• You remain solely responsible for any content, photos, or operational data uploaded by your organization.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, software, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Supa Technologies and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Supa Technologies, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service or any interruption of operations.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with international business laws and the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
